Draft document: Rehabilitation

While the document on providing guidance regarding emergency exposure situations is quite strong, this one on the “rehabilitation phase” is rather weak. The recommendations could be greatly summarized and the document could be written with a more “focused” approach. As it is, the guidelines are vague and they basically follow common sense without adding anything new beyond was already in ICRP 103. More numerical guidance would be welcome. Figures 2, 3 and 4 could be eliminated as the explanation they try to provide is obvious. The Annexes are quite good – they should not be shortened. In fact, in Annex 1, it is recommended that the experience in Palomares, Spain, be added.
